How we built Qualify, the AI marketing team for small businesses.
A small business has no agency and no community manager. Qualify gives it both: it learns the brand, creates and publishes the content, helps answer every message and turns conversations into customers. Attitude Factory researched, designed and develops it from Cúcuta; today it runs in production at qualify.la.
- Our own product, from idea to production
- Design, engineering and AI in one team
- Spanish first, built for Latin America
The project
A whole marketing team, for the price of a tool.
Small businesses in Latin America sell on Instagram and WhatsApp, but publishing well, replying on time and keeping every customer’s details are three different jobs. Qualify brings them into one product that a person with no marketing team can run.

What we built
Six pieces that used to be five apps and an agency.
Each module came from a task small businesses were not doing, or that cost them hours.
- Brand
AI brand kit
From the logo and the way the business talks, Qualify builds the palette, the tone and the templates. Everything it creates afterwards looks and sounds like the brand.
- Create
Posts and stories in minutes
From an idea to a ready-to-publish piece, on brand, with the option to fine-tune it in Canva.
- Publish
Instagram calendar and publishing
Weekly planning and direct publishing with the account connected through Meta’s official login.
- Reply
One inbox for comments and DMs
Everything customers write in one place, with AI-suggested replies that a person approves before anything is sent.
- Sell
Customer capture
Branded forms with legal consent that save each customer’s name and WhatsApp number and send them to the business’s chat.
- Measure
Trends, creators and analytics
What works in the industry, which creators to follow and how visitors behave on the website, to decide with data instead of hunches.
How it is built
Product, design and engineering in the same team.
- 01
Product before technology
We started by talking to real businesses and auditing what they already used. Every module entered the plan with a concrete task to solve, not a technology to try.
- 02
A design system of its own
Colour tokens, typography and components shared by the app, the landing and the pieces Qualify generates, with a liquid-glass visual language over a teal and slate palette.
- 03
Engineering for many businesses at once
A Python web application on PostgreSQL where each business lives isolated by row-level access policies; integrated with Meta’s official API for Instagram and with the WhatsApp Business API.
- 04
AI with a person in charge
Generative models for the brand and the content, and multimodal models to read what happens on social media. No post and no reply goes out without someone from the business approving it.
- 05
Continuous delivery
Automated tests, continuous integration and frequent deploys. The commercial landing is a static Astro site deployed on Vercel.
What we learned
Three decisions that defined the product.
Approve before sending
The precision of an automatic reply is not enough to speak in a brand’s name. Qualify suggests; the person decides. That rule simplified the product and built trust.
The data belongs to the business
Every customer is an isolated workspace from day one, with explicit consent on every form. Doing it at the start cost less than fixing it later.
Spanish first, for Latin America
Pricing, language and channels (Instagram and WhatsApp) designed first for Colombia and the region, then for the rest of the world.
